Body

The Council consists of 40 members. Each of the nineteen (19) Counties of the South Central Region shall be represented by one member appointed by the Board of County Commission of that county.  In addition, eighteen (18) representatives from functional disciplines, as detailed in the By Laws; and one (1) representative from each of the three Class One cities in the South Central Region - the cities are:  Hutchinson, Newton, and Wichita.
