Recommended Action: Accept the donations and authorize the Chairman to sign the letters of appreciation.
Background: COMCARE of Sedgwick County received memorial donations from members in the community. This donations will support the ongoing efforts of COMCARE of Sedgwick County to help people with mental health and substance abuser needs improved the quality of their lives.

Budget Authority Adjustment: No additional budget authority is being requested. Sufficient budget authority is included in the 2016 Adopted budget.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101 and a simple
majority vote is required.
Policy Considerations: All Sedgwick County policies were followed in the acceptance of these donations.
