1Q 2016 Compensation Study Recommendations: Recommending 3 position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties - See attached spreadsheet for Budget Impact Amounts.

Financial Considerations: Financial Considerations: $6,902 additional for change in pay and benefits. The reclassifications will be effective on April 18, 2016. NOTE: No additional funds are being requested as a result of these requests.
