This agreement between Sedgwick County and Wheelchair Sports, Inc. is for controlled access to certain roadways for the purpose of sponsoring and hosting the "Wichita Kansas Adaptive Cycling Omnium - Criterium & Clinic" on Sunday, June 5, 2016. 'Controlled Access' is defined as the non-exclusive use of public roadways to the extent that the use does not conflict with public safety as determined by the Sedgwick County Sheriff. The promoter agrees to coordinate with the Sheriff's Office with regard to traffic control upon County roads. The use granted is limited to the portion of the Lake Afton Park shown highlighted on the map incorporated as Exhibit A of the agreement.

Legal Considerations: A Certificate of Insurance, approved by the Office of the County Counselor, is required and has been provided pursuant to Section 5 of the agreement.
