Recommended Action: Approve this Consent Agenda Item Resolution.
Resolution 62-2015 provides for the appointment of five members to the Sedgwick County Board of Zoning Appeals, and establishes initial appointment terms for the members of this Board. Resolution 110-2015, adopted on June 10, 2015, incorrectly established a two-year term for the appointment of Douglas Kutilek to the Sedgwick County Board of Zoning Appeals. The correct term date for Mr. Kutilek's appointment is June 30, 2018.

Legal Considerations: Correcting the term date to conform with Resolution 62-2015, which states that the appointee for the Fifth Commission District shall initially serve a three year term.
