K.S.A. 19-4305 stipulates that the expiration of the term of office of any member of the Sheriff's Civil Service Board shall be the third Monday in January. Resolution 005-2016, adopted on January 20, 2016, incorrectly established a term date for Julia Craft to end on January 14, 2019. The correct term date for this appointment is January 21, 2019.
