Mr. Williams is being recommended for appointment as Trustee to Rockford Township by Commissioner Jim Howell to the Board of County Commission to complete the unexpired term of Dustin Noe, whose resignation was accepted December 2, 2015. This term expires January 8, 2017. Township Board positions are elected positions, per KSA 25-313.
