Ms. Mitchell is being appointed by the Board of County Commission in the vacant At-Large position due to Ms. Kerrie Platt's expiration of term January 7, 2016.  Ms. Platt did not want to be reappointed.

Outside Attendees:  Ms. Mitchell will be in attendance to have the Oath of Office administered.
