RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the Resolution.

Ms. Weber is Commissioner Unruh's recommended appointee. She will fill the vacancy left by Wendy Lee by the expiration of her term. Ms. Lee didn't fell that her schedule would allow her to fully participate as an advisory board member.
Outside Attendees: Ms. Weber will not be in attendance to have the Oath of Office administered.
