Changes to the Court Trustee's Staffing Table.

Recommended Action: Approve request.
The 18th Judicial District Court Trustee is requesting 3 new positions be added to the staffing table effective 4/4/2016. Each of the positions will have a classification of IVD Staff with a grade of 18th JUD. Estimated total wages and benefits for all three positions will be $109,137 for 2016 and $144,033 for 2017.
Alternatives: Reject the request or approve fewer positions.
Policy Considerations: None.
Financial Considerations: No County tax dollars will be used. Funds will be covered through the contract with Department for Children and Families. The Court Trustee Office is anticipating an estimated $499,000 in additional revenue in 2016. If the revenue is not secured, the positions will not be filled. Additionally, the Court Trustee is requesting an additional $109,137 of personnel budget authority for 2016. The positions will be included in the Court Trustee's 2017 requested budget.
