Resolution Amending the Governing Body of Fire District 1 Meeting Agenda Policy.

Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution.
At the request of the Chairman and Board of County Commissioners, the agenda policy is being amended so that Board of County Commissioners, County Manager, and staff may have a weekly meeting to review submitted electronic agenda items and/or other necessary topics.
Alternatives: The BOCC could choose not to adopt the Resolution.
Financial Considerations: None.
Legal Considerations: The Sedgwick County Board of County Commissioners (the Board) is authorized to adopt rules and regulations to govern the transaction of the Board's business by K.S.A. 19-218.
