Mr. Joe Brown is being appointed by Commissioner Karl Peterjohn to fill the unexpired term of Ms. Willa DeCastro, who resigned Dec. 31, 2015, due to personal commitments.  This term expires August 14, 2016.

Outside Attendees:  Mr. Brown will be in attendance to have the Oath of Office administered.
