Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Approval of an agreement between Sedgwick County and EmberHope, Inc. (Promoter) for controlled access to certain portions of County roadways for the purpose of sponsoring the "Youthville Tough Roads 4 Mile" race on Saturday, April 2, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Promoter agrees to coordinate with the Sheriff's Office with regard to traffic control upon the County roadways used for such purpose.

Legal Considerations: A Certificate of Insurance, approved by the Office of the County Counselor, is required pursuant to Section 4 of the agreement. EmberHope, Inc. has provided a sufficient certificate.
