Acknowledge donations to COMCARE Children Services.

Recommended Action: Accept the donations and authorize the Chairman to sign the letter of appreciation.
Background: COMCARE of Sedgwick County Children Services received a donation of winter hats, gloves, and handmade quilts. Children Services will distribute the donated items among the many children being served.
COMCARE would like to take this opportunity to thank Amy Fowlker and her quilting group for coming together to collect the gloves and hats and for taking the time to make all of the quilts.

Financial Considerations: There is no financial consideration.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101 and a simple majority vote is required.
Policy Considerations: All Sedgwick County policies were followed in the acceptance of these donations.
