A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR ENHANCED AUTOMATIC AID RESPONSE BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SEDGWICK COUNTY ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF SEDGWICK COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT NUMBER ONE AND THE CITY OF DERBY, KANSAS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 19-3608.

The resolution authorizes Fire District Number One to enter into and the Chairman to sign an Enhanced Automatic Aid Agreement with the City of Derby for the purpose of establishing an Enhanced Automatic Response System.
