Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign
This amendment addresses the allocation of $2,220,140 in the 2016 County Budget for Exploration Place and changes the current five-year funding agreement to a one-year agreement by moving the expiration date from December 31, 2018, to December 31, 2016.
Alternatives: If the Chairman does not sign the agreement, the expiration date of the funding agreement will remain December 31, 2018.
