Approval of Community Programs' Delegate Agency 2016 Funding Agreements.

Recommended Action: Approve the agreements and authorize the Chairman to sign.
These agreements outline the legal relationships between the County and each of the three Community Programs' delegate agencies which are approved for funding in the adopted 2016 budget. These are renewal agreements as the County has funded each of these agencies for several years. The Agencies and funding amounts are:
Sedgwick County Fair Association, Inc $ 29,427
The Kansas African American Museum, Inc $172,827
Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum Association, Inc. $ 90,218
Total $292,472

Legal Considerations: K.S.A. 19-101 provides authority for this action. A simple majority vote is required. The terms and conditions of these agreements are substantially similar to prior agreements.
