3Q 2015 Compensation Study Recommendations: Recommending 4 position classification range reallocations due to internal equity or changes in job duties - See attached spreadsheet for Budget Impact Amounts.
Alternatives:
Financial Considerations: $0 additional for change in pay and benefits. The reclassifications will be effective on October 18, 2015. NOTE: Each department has committed to utilize its current personnel budget and is not requesting additional funds.
