Mr. Ellison and Mr. Dool will be filling the positions of Bill Johnson and John McKay, whose terms expired August 31, 2015. The Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) appoint seven (7) members by a majority vote of the BoCC, upon the recommendation of each individual County Commissioner and two (2) At - Large positions.
