Termination of EMSS Employment Agreement (Interim).

Recommended Action: Request that the Chairman sign the attached notice of termination letter.
This request is to terminate the EMSS Medical Director's employment agreement (attached) with Dr. Sabina Braithwaite.
Dr. Braithwaite served as our interim EMSS Medical Director until a permanent director could be hired. The new Medical Director is in place and started employment on August 3, 2015. There is no longer a need for an Interim Medical Director.
