Each Sedgwick County Commissioner may nominate a member to be accepted and appointed by the Wichita City Council.  Mr. Ryan was currently serving as a member and his term expired June 30, 2015.  He is being re-nominated by 1st District Commissioner Dave Unruh for reappointment to the Wichita City Council as a member of the Wichita Airport Advisory Board.
