RESOLUTIONS APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS AS DEFINED BELOW (BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS) TO THE FIRE CODE BOARD OF APPEALS.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Resolutions.
Body
The Fire Code Board of Appeals is made up of six (6) members appointed at-large by the Board of County Commision, acting as the Governing Body of Fire District No. 1, including the following restrictions on membership qualified by experience and training to pass upon matters pertaining to the Fire Code; cannot be employees of Sedgwick County or Fire District Number One. Members are comprised, and appointed and reappointed as follows:
1. One (1) registered design professional that is a registered architect with at least ten years of experience, five of which shall have been in responsible charge of work - reappointing Gregg Wilhite.
2. One (1) registered design professional with structural engineering or architectural experience - reappointing Tim LeBlanc.
3. One (1) registered design professional with mechanical or plumbing engineering experience; or a mechanical or plumbing contractor with at least ten years of experience, five of which shall have been in responsible charge of work - appointing Ray Frederick.
4. One (1) registered design professional with fire protection engineering experience; or a fire protection contractor with at least ten years of experience, five of which shall have been in responsible charge of work - appointing Christine Brunner.
5. One (1) licensed General Contractor with at least ten years of experience regularly engaged in the construction, alteration, maintenance, repair or remodeling of buildings or building services and systems reguated by the code - reappointing Randall Coonrod.
