Mr. Grocholski served on the Sedgwick County Mental Health Advisory Board previously as former Fifth District Commissioner Jim Skelton's appointee. His term recently expired March 29, 2015. Due to the passing of Judge Ballinger, a vacancy was created on this advisory board under Commissioner Norton's appointees. He has elected to recommend Mr. Grocholski to fill this vacancy.
