Recommended Action: Cancel hearing set for May 6, 2015.
On March 20, 2015, Kathryn Lee submitted a request for a de-annexation hearing under K.S.A. 12-532. On March 24, 2015, at a special meeting, the Board set a hearing date for May 6, 2015, as required by statute. Later that day, Ms. Lee submitted an email withdrawing her request for a hearing.
Alternatives: None. Without a request from the landowner, no hearing can be held.
