Body
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Board of County Commissioners as the governing body of Sedgwick County Fire District 1 and the governing body of Butler County Fire District No. 7. The agreement is to regulate the automatic aid response system between Sedgwick County Fire District 1 and Butler County Fire District No. 7 on behalf of the cities of Benton, Furley and Greenwich and to provide a policy for the parties to this agreement.
For the mutual protection of life and property and to provide for more effecient use of all available equipment in the areas served by Butler County Fire District No. 7 and Sedgwick County Fire District 1, the parties agree to the attached contract.
Financial Considerations: No direct costs.
Policy Considerations: The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the agreement for automatic aid.
