Recommended Action: Accept the donations and authorize the Chairman to sign the letters of appreciation.
Background: COMCARE of Sedgwick County received several memorial donations for Crisis Intervention Services from members in the community. The
donations will be used to continue helping individuals in our community during their times of crisis due to mental illness.

Financial Considerations:
Donation: $405
Funding Source: 310046-15 Crisis Suicide Prevention
Budget Authority Adjustment: Additional budget authority is being requested for the 2015 budget in the amount of $405.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101 and a simple majority vote is required.
Policy Considerations: All Sedgwick County policies were followed in the acceptance of these donations.
