The Call Center, established in February 2005, has had an excellent seven years providing excellent customer service and answering over 1,300,000 calls. COMCARE call center work is being integrated into the Call Center, resulting in more efficient operations and significant annual savings. This presentation highlights the successes of the last seven years and explains how Sedgwick County saves money by consolidating departmental call taking into the central Call Center.
