Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Background: The Link 4 Life Run is the main fundraiser for the Sedgwick County Suicide Prevention Coalition. In 2013 the run will be held at the Old Cowtown Museum. The rental agreement sets the terms and conditions for the rental of Cowtown for the run.
Alternatives: This rental agreement provides the Suicide Prevention Coalition with a cost-appropriate venue for their annual fundraiser. If the rental agreement is not approved, the Coalition would need to locate a new location immediately and may have to pay increased costs.

Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority vote is required.
