The street in the platted subdivision of "Via Christi West Addition located in the S/W 1/4 of Section 2, T27S, R2W has been constructed to Sedgwick County Public Works standards. It has been determined that this street is neither secondary nor county minor collector road. The Attica Township Board was informed that this resolution would be on the County Commission agenda, by letter, dated April 1, 2013. They were asked to contact Public Works prior to April 26, 2013 with any comments or concerns.

Financial Considerations: N/A
Legal Considerations: This street was granted to Sedgwick County by the Dedication on the plat, by the developer. If the maintenance of this street is NOT assigned to Attica Township then Sedgwick County may be responsible for maintenance.
Policy Considerations: State Statute K.S.A. 68-506 gives Sedgwick County Commissioners the authority to assign road maintenance to the township system.
