This is a new applicant for sales of CMB at this location; licenses for CMB sales at this premise have been granted previously.
Grant Township was advised of the application. K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 41-2702(d) requires the township be given 10 days to provide input and requires that the board of county commissioners consider the township's advisory recommendations, if any.
