Ms. Young is being appointed to the Stormwater Management Advisory Board by the Board of County Commission (BoCC) She was nominated by the City of Cheney to fill the vacancy of Randall Oliver who has resigned due to his retirement. There is not an expiration date to this advisory board. Members serve at the pleasure of the BoCC and their nominating entities.
