The Office of the District Attorney for the Eighteenth Judicial District of Kansas provides juvenile delinquency prevention services in Sedgwick County with funding from one revenue source (33003-253 / 330036-12 - Prevention Contracts). This amendment includes an additional $6,792 for services to be delivered by the District Attorney's Office for services related to the Juvenile Intervention Program. The funds will be utilized to address previously identified personnel shortfall ($3,442) and for equipment ($3,350) for a multifunction copier/printer with fax capabilities. The Board of County Commission approved the original contract on June 15, 2011.

Financial Considerations: The existing agreement is for $157,849. The additional funds are in the internal order 330036-12. With the additional $6,792 for personnel shortfall ($3,442) and equipment ($3,350), the total agreement equals $164,641.
