Recommended Action: Approve the use agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Sedgwick County owns and controls property at 250 N. St. Francis, Wichita, KS (Coleman Parking Lot). Sedgwick County was approached by Pixius Communications to host a social event for their employees at the Coleman Parking Lot. This private event will be held on August 3, 2018.
Alternatives: Do not approve the use agreement.
Financial Considerations: The County will receive a total of $75. Usage fee of $50 and $25 attendance fee.
