Recommended Action: Approve the Tower Access Lease Agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign the documents.
This agreement authorizes the owner of the tower (KDOT) to order, receive, and install all parts and equipment onto the tower.
Alternatives: Deny the request. A denial will result in the halting of the digital radio system project.
Financial Considerations: $0.00 cost to Sedgwick County. Cassidian Radio to pay for all work done.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority vote is required.
