A Resolution authorizing an amendment to the Sedgwick County Code related to the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Agenda Policy.

Recommended action: Adopt the resolution and policy.
At the request of the County Manager, the agenda policy is being amended to add an additional due date. This will allow Board of County Commissioners and County Manager more time to review submitted electronic agenda items before they are finalized. The media agenda review session is also being changed to 'upon request,' rather than a standing meeting.
Alternatives: The BOCC could chose not to adopt the Resolution.
Financial Considerations: None.
Legal Considerations: The Sedgwick County Board of County Commissioners (the Board) is authorized to adopt rules and regulations to govern the transactions of the Board's business by K.S.A. 19.218.
