Open communication and transparency between staff and the Board of County Commission as well as the public is paramount to the trusting relationship between the three. As such, County Staff will periodically and routinely present to the Commission and to the public the financial outcomes and event history of the INTRUST Bank Arena. In addition, updated information on the activity related to the Arena Event Parking and Transit Services Coordination Agreement with the City of Wichita will be provided.
This report is for calendar year 2016, particularly focusing on the fourth quarter.
