On September 1, 2010, the BoCC held the public hearing required by statute to be held five years after the effective date of an annexation by the City of Colwich. The attached resolution is a formal statement of the findings made by the BoCC after close of the public hearing and presentation of evidence in support of the finding made. The resolution shows the vote as taken at the hearing.
