Recommended Action: Approve the easement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
The Board has previously authorized the construction of a communications tower at the Clonmel Public Works yard. Sedgwick County Electric Co-op is the electric utility provider for this location and has requested the County record a twenty foot utility easement before service can be installed.
Alternatives: Take any other action deemed appropriate.

Legal Considerations: K.S.A. 19-101 third authorizes the Board to grant easements over county property.
