Background: The Taskforce to End Chronic Homelessness (TECH) was established to determine a permanent resolution to end chronic homelessness in Sedgwick County. The outcome of the TECH Committee's work became a 10 year plan, which identifies strategies and goals to address and resolve chronic homelessness.
The TECH Committee is now in year 5, and this report will provide updates on these strategies and goals, including:
- UMOD Resource and Referral Center;
- Housing First Program;
- Emergency housing options; and
- SSI/SSDSI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR).
