In the event the Commissioner recommending the appointment of a member leaves office for any reason, said term shall expire, except that a member so appointed may continue to serve until a successor has been duly appointed.
Commissioner Dennis, newly elected District 3 Commissioner, has selected an appointee to fill this position. Therefore, Mr. Todd has tendered his resignation.
