Quit claim deeds transferring property ownership from Sedgwick County, Kansas to Sedgwick County Fire District Number One.

Real property held by Fire District 1 should be shown as owned in the name of "Sedgwick County Fire District Number One." It was discovered that Sedgwick County, Kansas and not Sedgwick County Fire District Number One is named as the owner of Station 34 and Station 37 in the public records. In order to have the public records reflect the appropriate name of ownership, two quit claim deeds have been prepared and requires approval from the Board of County Commissioners. This will keep all real property held by Fire District 1 in a consistent name of ownership.
