Recommended Action: Approve the range reallocations.
4Q 2011 Compensation Study Recommendations: Recommending 6 position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties. - See attached spreadsheet for Budget Impact Statements.
Alternatives: N/A
Financial Considerations: $28,281 annualized for change in pay and benefits. All changes will be effective March 4, 2012, except the Executive Secretary request which was effective on January 23, 2012.
NOTE: Each department has committed to utilize its current personnel budget within the fund center the position is currently assigned to and that budgetary adjustments or transfers are not required to fund the reallocations.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority is required.
