Body
The following individuals have completed the required curriculum for career development certificates. The focus of this program is to educate employees in areas of customer service, diversity, professional development, and supervisory development while acknowledging their commitment to continuing education. The career development certificate program benefits both the employee and Sedgwick County by increasing employee education and awareness. Each certificate requires a diverse curriculum that encompasses many different levels of professional development, leadership or management skills. Through the certificate curriculum, employees are provided with tools they may immediately apply in the work-place.
