Body
Door-to-door accessible transportation is provided to transit dependent individuals to access medical appointments, social services and work in order to remain independent and in the community.  These are renewals with the first agreements initiated by the County in 1998.  A total of 26,991 trips were provided in 2011.    
 
Alternatives:  Deny the request.  
 
Financial Considerations:  Federal, state and mill levy dollars support this specialized transportation.
