Recommended Action: Approve the estimate.
B456 on 103rd West - remove 4 poles on 28-ft offset line (old 25-ft right-of-way).
Install 8 new poles on 51-ft offset (outside platted 50-ft right-of-way), 2 of these new poles are to accommodate the "jog" from old offset to new offset.

Financial Considerations: Estimate: $42,143.00. Sufficient budget authority is availble in cost center 21558-231, GL Acct: 46505 to fund the recommended action.
Legal Considerations: The BoCC is authorized to perform such duties as required by law concerning roads under K.S.A. 19-212 Ninth.
