Community Programs' Delegate Agency 2015 Funding Agreements.

Recommended Action: Approve the agreements and authorize the Chairman to sign.
These agreements outline the legal relationships between the County and each of the five Community Programs' delegate agencies which are approved for funding in the adopted 2015 budget. These are renewal agreements as the County has funded each of these agencies for several years. The agencies and funding amounts are:
Arts Council Inc. $ 14,013
Kansas Junior Livestock Show, Inc. $ 21,771
Sedgwick County Fair Association, Inc. $ 29,427
The Kansas African American Museum, Inc. $ 172,827
Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum Association, Inc. $ 90,218
Total $ 328,256
Financial Considerations: Fund Center 56001-110
Legal Considerations: K.S.A. 19-101 provides authority for this action. A simple majority vote is required. The terms and conditions of these agreements are substantially similar to prior agreements.
