Title
Amendment to the agreement with Management Training and Measurement (MTM) Services, Limited Liability Company (LLC) for the Association of Community Mental Health Centers of Kansas (ACMHCK) Service Process Quality Management (SPQM) Dashboard Initiative.

Body
Recommended Action: Approve the amendment and authorize the Chairman to sign.

Background: The Association of Community Mental Health Centers of Kansas (ACMHCK) has organized the statewide Service Process Quality Management (SPQM) Dashboard Initiative. As a data-driven mental health improvement initiative from the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare, this program has aided mental health centers across the state track and report on performance outcomes to help improve the quality and delivery of service. It has assisted mental health centers in becoming more efficient as well as consumer focused. The amendment extends the term of the current agreement so that it automatically renews for one year periods as long as the project continues.

Alternatives: Should the amendment not be approved, COMCARE will have to withdraw from the project. Accordingly, COMCARE would not see the benefits of their participation over the last two years in this system-wide program.

Financial Considerations: None. The Association of Community Mental Health Centers covers the cost of the SPQM initiative.

Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101 and a simple majority vote is required.

Policy Considerations: All Sedgwick County policies have been followed.
