Recommended Action: Approve the donation and authorize the Chairman to sign the warranty deeds.
In 1996, three parcels (D-938-UP, D-939-P, D-940-UP) were purchased by Sedgwick County to eliminate access to the highway but have concluded these parcels to be landlocked and uneconomic remnants for Sedgwick County. The donation of these three parcels to the Wichita Airport Authority will allow these parcels to be attached to their property and provide access.
Alternatives: The Commission could choose not to approve the donation of real property.

Legal Considerations: The Board is authorized to convey any real estate owned by the County by K.S.A. 19-101 third; and under the county policy regarding disposition of surplus property.
