Recommended Action: Approve the Range Reallocations.
Recommending 5 position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties and removing an under fill - See attached spreadsheet for Budget Impact Statements.
Alternatives:
Financial Considerations: $14,372 annualized for change in pay and benefits. All changes will be effective April 7, 2013.
Each department has committed to utilize its current personnel budget within the fund center the position is currently assigned to and that budgetary adjustments or transfers are not required to fund the reallocations.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101, et seq. A simple majority vote is required.
