RESOLUTION APPOINTING TREVOR KURTH (COMMISSIONER DAVID DENNIS' APPOINTMENT) TO THE SEDGWICK COUNTY STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the Resolution.
Body
Such advisory board members shall assume membership upon appointment. Those nominated and appointed by each Commissioner shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing Commissioner. In the event the Commissioner nominating the appointment of said member leaves office for any reason, said term shall expire, except that a member so appointed may continue to serve until a successor has been duly appointed. Those appointments made in accordance with the nominations by the respective entities shall serve at the pleasure of the nominating entity.
